We have a cleaning company once a week. Im moving with my 3-year old daughter and husband from Helsinki to Stockholm in January. Usually we need nanny during the weekdays round 16-21 (some days longer) and 10-23/all night during the weekends. I want to find 3-4 full time nannys, who can share the working days. On the weekend is possible to work also half day 10-16 and 16-untill night. We need nanny/housekeeper every day, so for me it was best solution that i have 3-4 nannys who can choose really flexible days. We also travel with nanny.
